If work has begun or milestones have been met, fees are non-refundable due to bespoke resource allocation. However, you may transfer the remaining service entitlement to another project or entity upon written approval.

Due to immediate access and digital distribution, info products are non-refundable. This policy ensures content integrity and protects intellectual property.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be returned within thirty days of delivery if in original condition, unused, and with all packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Approved returns will be processed within fourteen days of receipt, and refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

7. Transfers

Where permitted, service entitlements may be transferred. Submit a written request outlining the new recipient. Transfers are subject to approval and may incur processing fees.
